The Glitch is just a couple of minutes walk away from both Waterloo and Lambeth North stations, and a 10 minute walk from the London Eye and the South Bank.

Nestled amidst the energetic streets of Lower Marsh, filled with an eclectic mix of trendy restaurants, quirky shops, and vibrant street art.

There’s a multitude of bus stops nearby, and a Santander bike docking station directly opposite The Glitch.

Our ground level cafe has step-free access and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Our bathrooms are gender-neutral and contain wash basins.

Our theatre doesn’t have step-free access due to being a basement space with no lift facilities. The space is down a flight of 15 stairs with a solid handrail.

Service animals are welcome (as are any animals TBH), and we offer complimentary access tickets to all performances and events. Please email theatre@vaultcreativearts.org if you would like to book an access companion ticket.

  • Yes, absolutely! We love meeting your doggy pals.

  • Of course! We have a baby changing unit in our access bathroom, and we serve a range of juices, pastries and sandwiches suitable for children. You are welcome to bring all the toys you need. There may be age restrictions or guidelines on shows in the theatre - if you’re unsure, reach out.

  • Yes, our cafe is step-free accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Our theatre space is down a set of 15 stairs with a solid handrail and is without lift facilities.

  • We don’t accept cash, other than for tips ;) We accept card & Apple/Google pay.

  • We offer 10% discount for NHS staff and Star Card holders.

  • We have a range of delicious toasties, sandwiches, pastries and bar snacks. You’re also welcome to bring your own food in! We highly recommend the food market on Lower Marsh for some weekday lunch! See the menu here.
