SPRING SEASON 2026 - Applications Open!!!
The Glitch is opening applications for its Spring 2026 season – and we’re excited to hear from you!
Our lovely venue has undergone some major refurbishments over the last year, to try and bring the very best of VAULT into our year-round home. This has included the creation of a top-notch, 55-seat in-the-round performance space in our basement, which opened at the beginning of 2024. In our inaugural season, we hosted over 70 shows and sold over 3,000 tickets!
We’re now looking to continue that success, programming for our spring 2026 season!
The season runs from the 14th Jan 2026 to the 4th May 2026. We’re looking for shows that:
Want to run for 1 to 3 weeks (7 shows a week)
Run for 65 minutes or less
We also have a limited number of slots for shows running for 75-90 mins
Shows that align with our Artistic Direction

Short Runs
For artists looking for a low financial risk way to try work, we also programme short runs of 1 to 3 performances on a rolling basis. Hire of the Spacement for a one hour performance slot is £75 – and you keep 100% of your box office.
We’re open to hires for all sorts of work, including but not limited to comedy, small scale theatre, music, magic, spoken word and more. We offer programming slots on a rolling basis.
The Spacement can seat 30 people. The space comes equipped with a professional sound system that can effortlessly connect to your laptop or phone, a projector and screen with HDMI connector, atmospheric drop pendant lighting, and fadable birdies controllable from our wall mounted lighting box.
The Spacement is available for performances Monday to Sunday from 6pm. We offer two slots every night:
6pm - 8pm (7pm show)
8pm - 10pm (8:30pm show)
Hire rate: £75
Access Notes: The Spacement is not wheelchair accessible. There is a staircase of 15 steps with a handrail on the left (descending). There is an accessible bathroom on the street level.
